Responsibilities: ... Your main responsibilities will be to lead maintenance and repair activities at the facility. In this role, you will oversee all fixed and rolling equipment, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure smooth operations. As the maintenance leader, you'll manage budgets, schedules, and reports while driving improvements and efficiency across the site.

Duties will include:

Supervise and schedule the maintenance team on rotation to follow production schedules;
Ensure that routine, planned maintenance, is completed on time and within budget;
Respond to unexpected equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs;
Implement the preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal operation of the production equipment and supporting systems;
Track and manage the maintenance budget for all fixed and rolling equipment.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Excellent communication skills
Preferred Bilingual skills in English/Spanish

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Training, or equivalent experience, in electrical, PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Excellent trouble shooting skills
2-3 years experience supervising others
Good computer skills, experience with online maintenance systems for work orders and inventory control
