What You Will Do:
Interfaces with production/warehouse supervision to effect safe repairs to equipment and ensure that equipment is returned to operations in an acceptable conditionPerforms regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and monthly safety checks Make repairs & modifications to equipment and facilities as scheduled through the work order systemResponsible for completing all paperwork assigned and coordinating with the Reliability Manager to ensure data is correct and recordedPlant location: Greensboro, NC Plant Work week and shift: Monday-Friday Nights (OT as required)Compensation package offered: $80-90,000 Depending on QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
High School diploma / GED4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment 3 years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment 3 years of experience with tools, procedures, and methods utilized in an industrial maintenance environment. 3 years of experience with electronic and PLC-based applications in an industrial environment. Bachelors Degree or Formal vocational training in plant maintenance activities with emphasis on industrial applications or equivalent job experience in electricity, power distribution, industrial electrical wiring, mechanics, machine operations, heating ventilation, and air conditioningAble to work in difficult situations such as confined spaces, heat and in high places Experience with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, hydraulics, valves and riggingExperience in a Lean EnvironmentPhysical Demands:

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
