Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Supervise skilled trades employees in support of production processes. Coordinate activities according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards. Manage the operation and training of the plant's Total Maintenance System (TMS). Plan project operations and establish priorities effectively. Build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience. Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work any shift and overtime as required. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
