What you'll do...

Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policiesLead/coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of preventative maintenance.Lead/coach teams leveraging new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow.Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customersAdminister the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectivelyEvaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement

You'll have...

High School Diploma or GED Required1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experienceFacilities Maintenance experience, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.Experience with preventative maintenance programs (TPM)Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekendsFundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controlsMechanical aptitude
