We are looking for an experienced and driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and operations at North Woods at the Four Seasons, a conventional apartment community in Charlottesville, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, optimizing service processes, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals to achieve performance goals. + Manage service schedules, workflow, and resource allocation effectively. + Implement and monitor service policies, procedures, and best practices. + Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally. + Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. + Maintain accurate records of service activities, budgets, and reports. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the apartment industry. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. + HVAC certification and other relevant credentials are a plus.
