Liaison with corporate support for project management initiatives Supervision of contracted services within the factory as required Assist factory teams in developing areas of opportunity 

An Industrial Journeyman Trade license (Red Seal) or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.  The degree should have a primary emphasis in one of the following areas:  mechanical, electrical, and / or architectural / structural engineeringExperience managing projects, budgets, and a CMMS program        Solid understanding of proactive maintenance systems as well as continuous improvement strategies included in the lean manufacturing model  Ability to negotiate with equipment/parts suppliers About the team.

Compensation Package: $65,500.00 - $87,400.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
