Job Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of the plant equipment and facilities, all equipment breakdowns, and the supervision of technicians.
Principal Accountabilities
+ Assign, schedule, add, and update preventative maintenance activities through Dude Solutions software
+ Manage and assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns with technicians to keep downtime to a minimum
+ Perform root cause analysis on breakdowns and implement/recommend changes to eliminate/minimize future issues
+ Assist other engineering staff in design reviews and capital project implementations
+ Educate, coach, lead, and discipline technicians to ensure safe work practices, compliance to corporate policies, and the following of standard maintenance procedures
+ Coordinate outside contractors as required for facility maintenance and repair
+ Review, implement, and recommend small and large projects to reduce cost and/or improve equipment efficiency
+ Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi
+ Other duties as assigned
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
**Education:**
+ High school diploma required
+ Engineering degree preferred
**Experience:**
+ Supervisor experience in a manufacturing facility
+ Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis

+ **The salary range for this position is $75,050 - $91,312. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
