The Environmental / Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising all maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p. On Call Rotation every 3rd week. Leader on Duty rotation.
Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $29.00 - $35.50 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Hires, trains, and supervises maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry team members
Oversees vendor relationships and contractors for building and grounds services
Manages the department budget
Ensures the community meets all safety and regulatory requirements
Maintains facility and handles routine repairs and preventative maintenance
Trains team members on building safety procedures
Manages department supply inventory and ordering
Performs other duties as needed
Driving Requirements: Local Travel and Driver’s License Required
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Previous maintenance experience Boiler operator’s license in states where one is required, at the minimum horsepower class as designated by the governing state for the boilers on site or eligible within 6 months of hire Valid Drivers License, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Technical college Previous supervisory experience Previous experience working in a senior care environment
