KONE is a respected multinational company and a key player in the elevator and escalator industry. As our operations in Croatia continue to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Zagreb team and lead a group of dedicated service technicians.
What You Will Do
Lead and support your team of service technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality field operationsPromote the use of digital tools (mobile apps, real-time performance dashboards, service tracking) across your team to improve productivity and visibilityServe as the first point of contact for technical and operational questions from both technicians and customersEnsure compliance with KONE processes, safety standards, and local legal requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality serviceMonitor field operations performance (response times, service quality, customer feedback) and take actions for continuous improvementTake ownership of field operational costs and service revenue, including callouts and repair salesWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in team supervision, ideally in field service, technical maintenance, or a related industrySolid technical background, preferably in elevators, escalators, or other mechanical systemsStrong digital mindset – openness to using mobile apps, digital work orders, and performance data toolsExcellent communication skills in Croatian and EnglishA customer-oriented approach with a proactive and problem-solving attitudeValid driving license (B category) and willingness to travel locally as neededWhat We Offer
