Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.
This role is based in Nacogdoches, TX. Relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you’ll do:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing the specification, installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and upkeep of the facility. They will support site initiatives such as safety, production improvements, and OEE to help achieve financial and customer targets. The Supervisor will also manage the maintenance budget to help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial budget tied to output effectiveness of the operation.
In this role you will:
Lead maintenance team in troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of complex equipment and control systems.
Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure efficient resource allocation for equipment and facility upkeep.
Maintain records and generate reports on productivity, OEE, and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
Develop team capabilities through skills assessment, training, and coaching.
Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and MESH standards.
Drive change management initiatives and communicate key updates, KPIs, and policies to the maintenance team.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that reside outside a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX.

Experience managing people and/or teamsExperience with ERP/Maintenance systems including SAP and FaciliworksExperience with Lean tools such as TPM, Process Mapping, and Mistake ProofingUnderstanding of IoT integration into new and legacy equipment and using real time monitoring for troubleshooting / early warning detectionPosition Criteria:
Establish KPI's for the maintenance team, track results and report on regular basis.Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contactsFundamental understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems and control systems
