Communicate with Maintenance Manager and Planner to determine upcoming work schedulesAssist in planning daily work schedule and assign tasks to skilled tradesmanCommunicate concerns from the workforce to the manager about equipment condition and upcoming repairsWork well with other supervisors and managers to schedule repairs and projects to minimize downtimeSupport TPM ActivitiesManage and track open/completed work orders through the use of work order systemManage workforce to achieve maximum productivityTime and attendance tracking/schedulingTour facility daily to note and escalate any abnormalitiesTraining and development activities relating to skilled tradesmanSupport local apprenticeship program

What you will need to succeed:

Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education would be preferred.
Prior maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility a plus
Demonstrated good communication and listening skills
Excellent Attendance Record
Computer experience required
