What awaits you: + Communicate with Maintenance Manager and Planner to determine upcoming work schedules + Assist in planning daily work schedule and assign tasks to skilled tradesman + Communicate concerns from the workforce to the manager about equipment condition and upcoming repairs + Work well with other supervisors and managers to schedule repairs and projects to minimize downtime + Support TPM Activities + Manage and track open/completed work orders through the use of work order system + Manage workforce to achieve maximum productivity + Time and attendance tracking/scheduling + Tour facility daily to note and escalate any abnormalities + Training and development activities relating to skilled tradesman + Support local apprenticeship program **Qualifications** What you will need to succeed: + Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent\.
