Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Mexico City.

As our Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling field service operations in your area, according to service contract requirements, company policies and KONE processes. You will also be the first point of contact for all technical or operational issues raised by any customer whose equipment is assigned to you. Likewise, you will successfully drive service business operations for your territory while working collaboratively with customers and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by achieving safety and quality objectives to achieve customer satisfaction.

Some of the main functions are:

- You will be in charge of field operations costs (calls, planned maintenance) as well as call sales and service repair revenue.

- You will be responsible for customer satisfaction through quality service and accurate communication.

- You will be responsible for the safety and performance of the equipment.

- You will be responsible for selling repair services.

- You will be responsible for resolving customer service quality complaints and resolving customer billing complaints related to maintenance operations.

- You will be in charge of service delivery in accordance with service contract requirements, time limits, KONE quality standards and local regulations.

- You will validate the technical terms of the service contract with the vendor.

- You will be responsible for the timely completion of planned visits.

- You will be responsible for scheduling planned maintenance and route optimization.

What do we require?

-At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in metalworking companies, HVAC automation, elevators, etc. working with external customers.

-Minimum schooling: Engineering or administrative career.

-Ability to travel

-SAP desirable

-Excel intermediate

-Technical English
