Maintenance Supervisor

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Croatia (Zagreb)


As a Maintenance Supervisor at KONE, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely service delivery. This role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, improving daily operations, and using digital tools to enhance team performance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Maintenance Team: Manage and guide the team to ensure safe, high-quality maintenance servicesCustomer Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and service deliveryDigital Expertise: Utilize digital tools to streamline processes, monitor performance, and enhance team productivityLeadership and Team Management: Lead by example, offering coaching and support to your team, while driving continuous improvementTechnical Oversight: Ensure the technical expertise needed for maintenance operations is met, troubleshooting complex issues as needed

Skills and Experience:

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)Strong Digital Skills/Experience – Familiarity with digital tools and technologies that enhance maintenance operations and team efficiencyProven Leadership Experience – A track record of managing teams, providing coaching, and driving performanceCustomer-Focused – Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationshipsSolid Technical Knowledge – A background in maintenance, ideally with experience in escalators, elevators, or similar systemsTeamwork and collaboration are essential
