Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring facilities and equipment are maintained in top working conditionCoordinate routine and emergency repairs, and manage both preventative and corrective maintenanceLead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance personnelAssign tasks based on priorities and workload, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activitiesConduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure skill development and productivityConduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risksMaintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and reporting purposesManage relationships with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or projectsOversee contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure high-quality service and adherence to budgetsLead troubleshooting efforts for complex equipment failures and ensure timely resolutionAnalyze failure data to identify recurring issues and work to resolve root causesApprove and submit time card reports for employeesUpdate/maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures in our document retention systemPrepare work orders/assignments and preventive maintenance (PM) task list; coordinate with production to complete maintenance PMs with scheduled downtimeQualifications

The national pay range for this role is $67,800-$105,800 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
