Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

What will you do?Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipmentPerform carpentry, painting, and track operationsEnsure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat conditionConduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logsParticipate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory positionExperience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building tradesMust possess a valid driver’s licenseNo college degree required
