Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. What will you do?Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipmentPerform carpentry, painting, and track operationsEnsure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat conditionConduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logsParticipate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisorSupervise 5-6 personnel including overnight security, groundskeepers and maintenance staffThe position includes machinery operation, snow removal and minor vehicle maintenanceOperates motor vehicle as necessary

More about youMinimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory positionExperience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building tradesMust possess a valid driver’s licenseNo college degree requiredHVAC, Electrical and general property maintenance a mustComputer and payroll experience are helpfulManaging, directing and organizing projects and personnel required
