We’re looking for a Maintenance Superintendent for our Ivory Coast location To lead a team that handles onsite maintenance activities, to guarantee equipment availability, reliability and performance in line with OEM recommendations and maintenance standards

Ensure quality & timely completion of all the maintenance conducted by his team members. Adhere to company’s QHSE, policies and procedures on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE). Ensure proper planning of resources, (tools, manpower, spares parts) are completed & available on site for the maintenance, 03 monthly forecast, 06 monthly forecast, Yearly Forecast. Forecast service material consumption and put in timely requestsConduct HSE and operational audits. Regular reporting to Plant manager of main maintenance KPI including Scope compliance, mean time between services compliance, Mean time between failures, $/rh, M0 Completion rates. Delivers the required project margins and other financial goals through optimum utilization of personnel, equipment, and material resources. Ensure optimum levels of inventory held on sites. Manage inventory as per recommended principles: Booking of service orders, weekly stock counts of major parts, weekly planning and follow-up of consumables ( oil, coolant, filters). Manage site maintenance through data management systems.Manages resources within budget. Manage and review site reporting; ensure failure reports are accurately submitted on time and follow up with the warranty claims. Participating in daily Meetings. Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development, and training of direct reports.Input and involvement in succession planning for area. Assist in the recruitment of local staff. Manages disciplinary and grievance procedures. Ensure that the location operates within the dictates of local laws and regulations.Ensure that all the required maintenance reporting procedures are adhered to for all equipment under his/her control. Manages continuous improvement through TPM/CICommunicate to Central maintenance Team any abnormal failure trend discovered on any assets on site after preliminary site review ( Kaizen , RCA etc,,)Ensure oil sample tracker is updated with the related actions. Lead onsite product testing, trial, and produce comprehensive reports to the Plant manager and Projects Operations teams.You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Power Project environment. Ability to read single line and electrical diagramsAbility to read P&IDs. Ability to read mechanical drawings and analyse Performance data of a 4-stroke engine fueled by Gas, HFO or DieselAble to understand the operations of plant equipment’s. Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).The ability to work in a cohesive team. A strong knowledge of equipment repair proceduresDesired Skills
