Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do Ensure safe operation and longevity of mechanical equipment and facilities Conduct technical audits and investigations; communicate findings effectively Provide guidance on lubrication, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance tools Serve as a key user of CMMS systems and support WCM initiatives Maintain detailed records and analyze data for trends and improvements Lead troubleshooting efforts and support cross-functional maintenance teams Manage change activities and recommend upgrades for obsolete equipment Collaborate with production management to resolve mechanical failures Assist in planning outages, shutdowns, and special projects3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2- or 4-year degree in a relevant field 5–10 years of plant experience, with a focus on maintenance Certification in vibration analysis (or willingness to obtain within 1 year) Certification in lubrication (or willingness to obtain within 18 months) Strong knowledge of rotating/reciprocating equipment, vibration analysis, and basic electrical systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Nice-to-Have
