Maintenance Shift Leader for Automated Warehouse + **Location** Tan Uyen, Bình Dương, Vietnam + **Job ID** 0000024069 + **Category** Hourly **Job Description** **Exciting Opportunity:** Lead as a Shift Leader in Our State-of-the-Art High-Bay Warehouse (HBW) – Drive Operational Excellence, Inspire Teams, and Be Part of a Fast-Paced, Innovative Logistics Environment! **Core Responsibilities** + Leads team of Technicians and Operators within High-Bay Warehouse department. + Responsible for escalation to manager and supplier. + Manages team, their work and material flow. + Understands daily business and needs + Perform or ensure the safe execution of the preventive maintenance plans according to business strategies. + Identify hazard (mainly safety risks) by evaluating abnormal situation, communicating following steps with team/leader to mitigate risks before any maintenance work. + Act in case of failure or malfunction, ensuring the effectiveness of the restoration. + Perform or ensure the proper execution according to rules, procedures or local regulations relating to safety, health and environmental protection. + Ensure correct use of materials, tools and equipment necessary for the execution of maintenance tasks. + Ensure the quality of the maintenance tasks. + Use and ensure the use of the Information and communication technology systems. **Play your part in our team succeeding** HBW is an automated warehouse where all LEGO bricks (elements) are stored. Department is responsible to keep the machinery in good condition to support all processes as storing of bricks or material flow. HBW Shift leader is leading team which focuses on maintenance tasks as TPM, repairs and material flow with safety compliance and LEGO standards. **Do you have what it takes?** + Technical education (mechanic, electro, automatization etc.) with certification or + Non-technical Secondary school with min. 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance. + Min. 3 years as People leader. + Min. 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance. + Electro certification. + Great communication skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate to the team members. + Ability to apply knowledge and use know-how to complete tasks and solve problems. + Ability to work in heights (18 – 40m). + Ability to work on shift pattern. + MS Office basic level. + English – intermediate B2 as minimum. *** Nice to have** + Experience with automated warehouse or similar technology. + Experience working with warehouse/maintenance management system. + Certificate – working in heights. \#LI-NN1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
