Pay: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) (Paid Weekly) + $1500 Retention Bonus

Schedule: Full-time, with occasional overtime

What will you do? Make an impact!

Tradebe is hiring a working Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support a team of Mechanics, Welders, and Technicians. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople ready to step into leadership while continuing to work side-by-side with their team. You’ll help keep operations safe, efficient, and on track.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

Supervise and work alongside maintenance personnel

Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and safety

Train and support team members as needed

Oversee maintenance and repairs for plant and mobile equipment

Coordinate shutdowns and major projects

Keep shop areas clean, organized, and compliant

Track parts and tools inventory

Operate and repair plant equipment as needed

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or equivalent

3–5 years of mechanical experience

Ability to lead a team and work independently

Familiarity with reading equipment manuals and technical documents

Forklift operation skills and valid driver’s license

Basic tool set

Willingness to complete required safety training

Able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check

Respirator certification eligibility
