We are looking for: + The Maintenance Services Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within the Kallo compoundingplant. This role involves managing a team of 4 maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, andimplementing preventive maintenance programs. Additionally, the supervisor advises on equipmentmodifications and new purchases, evaluates technical aspects for capital investments, and ensures alltechnical documentation is current and compliant with standards. We count on you for: + Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Organize and plan the complete maintenance of production, lab, building and facilities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the 24/7 production process + Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. + Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly. + Manage spare parts inventory and purchasing of all maintenance and project related materials. + Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. + Demonstrated leadership, decision making skills, and ability to function in a team environment. + Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments is required.
