Maintenance Reliability Engineer

As the Maintenance Reliability Engineer you will optimise maintenance planning and scope engineering continuous improvement projects in the Cement Plant at Pinkenba.   A key focus will be to benchmark against industry, monitor and report on maintenance metrics and perform root cause analysis on breakdowns.

Main Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on the maintenance and continuous improvement of fixed plant assetsReview maintenance plans and rationalise effectivenessProvide leadership and coordination to scope and schedule Plant shutdown eventsProvide technical expertise on the progress of major plant outages, ensuring stakeholders are kept informedPrepare plant performance reports that highlight progress of plant KPIs for reliability, availability, MTTR and MTBF

About You

Degree in Engineering or related disciplineDemonstrated experience in reliability or mechanical / maintenance engineeringAbility to provide technical support to production and maintenance teamExtensive knowledge of working within a fixed plant environmentExcellent communication skillsProficient in preparing performance reports ensuring technical analysis is sound
