Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan schedule and coordinate all Corrective and Preventative WO’s/PM’s maintenance activities in a manner that maximizes technician utilization and asset availability.Provide maintenance support for production and engineering activities to ensure optimum results.Investigate equipment related problems, analyze root cause, and drive resolutions through maintenance.Identifies trends of PM completion vs downtime events, and works towards continuous improvement of maintenance activitiesWork With Engineering to develop asset-based PM schedules that are linked to OEM specifications.Champions the shift from reactive to proactive maintenance through effective PM creation, scheduling, and coordination with the Maintenance Manager.Assure compliance of proper safety, quality and environmental requirements in work.Manage all aspects of the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Function as a Medical First Responder in the Fiber PlantWork with Maintenance Manager, Material Planner, Engineering and TSA team members to provide kits and maintenance plans for planned and/or corrective maintenance activities.Perform periodic audits of Maintenance PM and corrective activities to ensure plan veracity and adherence.Other responsibilities as directed by the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.Qualifications
