This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, whoisresponsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What** **You’ll** **Do:** + Organize work orders and assign them to individual technicians orvendors. + Work remotely, from the central location, or at other sites as required. + Conduct travel within the local area to support 32 individual medical facilities + Apply practical mechanical and electrical skills to diagnose and resolve facility-related issues + Utilize a range of tools to perform necessary repairs and maintenance + Use the CMMS system to manage and complete work orders efficiently + Coordinate the engagement and direction ofappropriate vendorsand subcontractors. + Work closely withmaintenanceteam to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources. + Develop,maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team. + Review predictive maintenance data for trends. Provide regular reporting to the management team andclient. + Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Enhance the quality of personal work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Facilitate clear communication, engage in inquiry, and verify comprehension. **What** **You’ll** **Need:** + Proficiencyin using a CMMSto dispatch and assign work orderrequired. + Ability to work remotely, at the central location, or at other sites as required + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience withanalyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills.
