A Typical Work Day May Include

Developing job plans and task lists strategically to support preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facilityInteracting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environmentUtilizing computer software to maintain and/or monitor accurate records, machinery information, work orders, and capital projectsProcuring maintenance materials to maintain accurate inventory for kitting jobsComprehending schematics, blueprints, and/or operation/installation manualsUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned

What You Will Need

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work in confined spacesAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Demonstrated professionalism through written and verbal communication skillsMechanical and/or electrical experience in an industrial maintenance environmentDemonstrated problem-solving and time management skillsExperience utilizing precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, etc.Demonstrated mathematical, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAPExperience designing equipment layout for proper plant maintenance and operationExperience with maintenance planning processesExperience with predictive technology
