Maintenance Planner- Direct Hire in South York County!
$72,000-$95,000 starting salary based on experience
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Manpower is assisting a well-known manufacturer with hiring a Maintenance Planner. This is a direct hire opportunity. The right candidate will have 5-8 years experience coming from the manufacturing industry. The Maintenance Planner manages the CMMS and spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate data, timely reordering, and efficient maintenance planning. This role supports preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation updates, and KPI reporting to track performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reorder spare parts to support equipment uptime Source vendors and find replacements for obsolete parts Perform inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies Manage and update CMMS data, including parts, BOMs, and work orders Create and revise preventive maintenance tasks and work instructions Ensure compliance with documentation standards Generate KPI reports and analyze maintenance performance Support Facilities Director with documentation and reporting needs
