Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.  Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.  Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.  Create detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, and safety procedures.  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.  Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials.  Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives & read across opportunities.  Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.  Utilize TMS (Total Maintenance System) to manage maintenance workflows and shape maintenance activities to reduce breakdowns and preserve assets. 

Basic Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.  Ability to work any shift and overtime as required  Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.  Excellent organizational and communication skills.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required   Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously   Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams   Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field   2 or more years' experience in supervision in a high-volume environment.  Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members Previous experience working in a union environment   Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing
