**We are looking for:**
An experienced Maintenance Planner for our Augusta, GA facility.
**We count on you for:**
+ Create Preventative Maintenance operations for all areas of the plant.
+ Establish scheduling of maintenance activities in accordance with operational requirements.
+ Plan maintenance jobs and materials.
+ Create meaningful scheduling job plan for work orders.
+ Close all work orders with time and material charged accordingly.
+ Work with engineering to help accomplish tasks.
+ Schedule/plan unit turnarounds.
**HSE REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Perform required safety audits per the Augusta Plant yearly audit plan.
+ Attend plant-wide safety/wellness sessions.
+ Review/perform required safety audits, JSA’s and What-if scenarios.
+ Complete all required CBTs on time.
+ Participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews, as well as Follow-Up Incident investigations as needed.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of all plant environmental standards, ES-01 through ES-10.
+ Know the environmental permit limits for your assigned plant (air, waste water, storm water).
+ Maintain a working knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Rules (RCRA) to include storage, handling, sampling, transporting, manifesting, record keeping, and emergency response.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention).

**You will bring:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Maintenance certification or two years education/training preferable.
+ Five years of maintenance experience in all phases.
+ Some instrumentation and electrical experience.
+ One (1) year experience in project construction.
+ PC skills (word, database, excel spreadsheet, and other software programs).
+ SAP system experience/knowledge in the work order, preventative maintenance and spare parts processing areas.
+ Strong organization skills.
+ Flexible and adaptable.
+ Willing to work overtime as required.

+ Competitive salary and benefits package
+ The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $118,700 per year . Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
+ 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
