**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Develop and implement long-term maintenance planning strategies.
+ Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient resource utilization.
+ Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes.

**Work Environment**

**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to walk, stand, and climb on uneven surfaces.
+ Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
+ Tolerance for working in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
**Essential Experience and Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years in maintenance planning or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
+ Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
+ Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
+ Must be able to work independently.
