KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with maintenance leadership to gain approval for maintenance plans and assess resource availability.
Coordinate and communicate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely repairs of equipment and assets.
Share resource schedules with leadership, including any potential facility or asset downtime.
Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system by updating work orders, tracking metrics, and generating timely reports.
Track and manage compliance program records, audit action items, and provide regular status updates.
Liaise with the safety compliance committee and environmental resources to address specific questions and requirements.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute feedback to support continuous operational improvements.
Ensure warranties are utilized to minimize repair costs where applicable.
May be authorized to request quotes and approve repair services necessary to maintain equipment.
Escalate estimates for approval when they exceed predetermined thresholds, if applicable.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience and/or fleet maintenance coordination or related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
High level of data accuracy and detail orientation.
Ability to work in cold storage environments (as low as -20°F / -25°C) or dry storage environments (up to 100°F / 37°C) with provided PPE and freezer gear.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, including weekends or a rotational schedule.
Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, including loud settings.
