Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops detailed maintenance job plansConducts analysis for job requirements and determines and recommends necessary actions required for maintenance projectsConducts routine maintenance checksGenerates reports to measure maintenance Key Performance Indicators. PM Compliance, Work Order Aging, Reactivity, etc. and identifies opportunities for additional or new maintenance activitiesWorks with contractors to respond to maintenance requests and handles any necessary repairs; inspects work to ensure it meets expectationsPerforms preventative maintenance auditsMay have primary focus on maintenance planning systems and end-user support enabled by experience in maintenance planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
