PDS Tech is looking for a Maintenance Pipefitter to join our team at a leading healthcare manufacturer. Pay Rate: $43.91/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of piping systems (water, drainage, gas, steam, HVAC).

Tackle steam and hot water repairs, chilled water systems, and waste piping challenges.

Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.

Interpret and apply technical drawings and schematics like a pro.

Keep detailed and accurate maintenance logs (yes, we love organized notes).

Ensure every task meets safety and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1–2 years in commercial pipefitting or plumbing.

Tool Mastery: Skilled with pipe wrenches, cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, and gauges.

Material Know-How: Comfortable working with copper, PVC, PEX, and steel.

A knack for diagnosing issues and finding solutions quickly.

A team player attitude with strong communication skills.

Bonus Points For

OSHA 10/30 certification

Basic welding or soldering experience

Knowledge of backflow prevention systems or fire suppression piping

Pay Details: $43.91 per hour
