Resideo is seeking a Maintenance Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Emmen. 

You will join a team that maintains, repairs and overhauls manufactured equipment. You will work under immediate supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented assembly mechanics, with a responsibility for preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. 
 

On-the-job training is provided.

JOB DUTIES:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the machines in Diecasting and Machining to improve and continue production processes Equipment troubleshooting Equipment Repair Test equipment and components Identify parts for replacement Participate in formal training Preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with internal procedures Participate in project teams Perform administrative duties

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

3+ years' experience working as a Maintenance Operator within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience of maintaining and repairing one or more of the following types of equipment; die cast machinery, pneumatic machinery, hydraulic machinery, press machinery, ovens and / or robotic cells Flexibility to work morning, afternoon and night shifts (3 shifts) Experience in solving malfunctions and carrying out repairs on complex machines

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair MBO educated: Mechanical/Maintenance/Electrical Attention to detail and ability to follow meticulous instructions Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to complete work as instructed and follow up Flexibility to cover morning, afternoon and night shifts on rotation (3 shift)
