PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst to join our team supporting advanced aerospace operations in Tukwila, WA. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring fleet readiness through precise scheduling and operational coordination—specifically supporting the VC25B program, a mission-critical platform.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain fleet-wide maintenance forecasts and schedules.

Create and issue detailed aircraft work packages for both line and base maintenance.

Validate aircraft, parts, and material routing to align with plan requirements.

Reconcile scheduled maintenance plans with real-time operational events.

Monitor aircraft on the ground (AOG) maintenance and assist in recovery planning.

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and optimal fleet performance.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning

Familiarity with scheduled aircraft maintenance programs

Background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience using aircraft maintenance software systems

Preferred:

Experience with TRAX maintenance software

Prior support of military or high-security aviation programs (VC25B experience a plus)

Pay Details: $38.56 to $47.17 per hour
