Set up, adjust, and perform changeovers on automated packaging systems (cartoners, case packers, flow wrappers, labelers, palletizers)Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issuesInterface with PLCs and HMIs; diagnose I/O faults and ensure accurate equipment functionPerform preventive and predictive maintenance; maintain accurate documentationRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and ladder logic diagramsCollaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment upgrades and automation projectsAdhere to OSHA, GMP, and company safety and quality standardsQualifications:
Associates degree in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field?or equivalent hands-on experienceMinimum of 3 years working with automated packaging equipment in a manufacturing settingExperience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platformsKnowledge of servo motors, VFDs, sensors, encoders, and pneumaticsSlid mechanical troubleshooting experience (conveyors, gearboxes, drive systems)Familiarity with root cause analysis and lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen)Bonus: Experience with industrial robotics (ABB, FANUC)Ready to take your automation skills to the next level?
