**Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)** **Location:** Santa Fe Springs, CA **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Onsite Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial environments? We’re seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined professional to join a busy and growing facility. If you’re looking for a stable opportunity with long-term potential, competitive pay, and the ability to work on a variety of systems and equipment—this may be the role for you. **Key Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components. + Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, boilers, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating machinery. + Install and maintain electrical cabinets, conduits, piping systems, and mechanical equipment. + Program and maintain PLCs, SCADA systems, display panels, and process instruments. + Perform welding, mechanical assembly, and light carpentry as needed. + Repair and install various pipe systems (PVC, CPVC, carbon steel, stainless steel). + Support capital improvement and process optimization projects. **What We’re Looking For** + 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial, chemical, or food processing environment. + Solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumping systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. + Familiarity with modern tools, email systems, and basic computer programs (MS Office). + Ability to read electrical and engineering schematics. + Comfortable working outdoors across a large plant facility. + Experience with 3-phase systems, motor wiring, and control panels is highly preferred. + Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends (once per month). + Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear a respirator when needed. **Preferred Qualifications** + Boiler and steam system experience. + Welding and basic fabrication skills. + Knowledge of motor-driven gearboxes and control systems. + Forklift operation or prior mechanical/construction experience a plus. **Compensation & Benefits** + **Hourly Pay:** $32–$38/hr + $2/hr shift differential (dependent on experience) + **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) + **Paid Training:** Approx. 30 days on the day shift prior to transitioning + **Benefits Package Includes** : + Health, Dental & Vision (87% employer-paid) + 401(k) with 6% company match + 2 weeks vacation, 4 personal days, 3 sick days + 8 paid holidays **Pay Details:** $32.00 to $38.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
