Millwright Responsibilities: Keeping production lines running smoothly by providing expert mechanical and technical support Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems—hydraulics, pneumatics, and more Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with ease Installing and replacing bearings, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies Collaborating with other trades and contractors to get the job done right Millwright Qualifications: A valid Ontario 433A Millwright License At least 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience (or completion of a Canadian Apprenticeship Program and 3 years of experience) Solid understanding of engineering drawings and maintenance documentation Confidence to work independently and make safe, informed decisions under pressure Flexibility for overtime on short notice Your own high-quality toolset A team-first attitude with a strong focus on safety and problem-solving Employment Details: Location: Milton, Ontario Schedule: Continental rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) Type: Full-time, Permanent Perks include: Competitive pay with shift premiums - $47+ after probation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Pension matching Education and training support Maternity/paternity top-up programs $200 annual safety shoe reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full PPE provided
