Bajo la supervisión directa del Superintendente de Mantenimiento, el técnico de mantenimiento será responsable de liderear un equipo de trabajo, realizar las tareas de mantenimiento general en los equipos de proceso y de las instalaciones, en tiempo y forma, así como cumplir con los planes de mantenimientos preventivos programado, proponer mejoras a nuestros procesos, agregar valor a través de sus actividades, mejorar el desempeño e incrementar la eficiencia operacional. Todo el trabajo se realizará de acuerdo con las normas y reglamentos de seguridad de Copeland Guadalajara. **Responsabilidades** + Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a equipos de fabricación en las siguientes áreas: + electrónica/eléctrica + mecánica + neumática + Asegurar que el equipo esté en condiciones seguras de trabajo. + Realizar rutina de toma de lecturas de medidores insumos y equipos. + Analizar modos de falla semanalmente proponiendo mejoras para eliminar y minimizar las recurrencias. + Responda rápidamente en caso de una emergencia, notifique al personal apropiado y siga el protocolo de seguridad. **Requisitos** + Formación Ingeniero/ técnico en Electromecánica, Mecánico, eléctrica o similar. + 1 año de experiencia en la industria en mantenimiento eléctrico/mecánico/neumático y equipos automatizados con PLC del ramo metal mecánica. + Conocimientos básicos en la interpretación de diagramas eléctricos. + CONOCIMIENTOS DE MAQUINAS Y HERRAMIENTAS + CONOCIMIENTOS DE MECANICA Y SOLUCIONES A EQUIPOS INDUSTRIALES (COMPRESORES/SECADORES/CHILLERS DE TORNILLO/SCROLL, INGERSOLL RAND, ATLAS COPCO Y GARDEN DENVER) + CONOCIMIENOS DE EQUIPOS DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y PROVEER SOLUCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO. + CONOCIMIENTOS DE EQUIPOS DE SOLDADO CON TECNOLOGIA LASER Y SOLUCIONES + CONOCIMIENTOS DE EQUIPOS Y SOLUCIONES EN DETECTORES DE FUGA DE HELIO INFICON Deseable + CONOCIMIENTOS DE EQUIPOS AUTOMATIZADOS CON PLC (ALLEN BRADLEY SIMMENS Y DAR SOLUCIONES EN DETECCION DE SUS MODOS DE FALLA.
