Must be available to work scheduled or unscheduled (short-notice) hours on nights and/or weekends as needed to meet operating and/or business needs.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Disassembles, inspects, repairs, and reassembles equipment like pumps, compressors, turbines, and hydraulic systems using precision tools to ensure safe and efficient operation

Installs or removes valves, motors, piping, and other equipment to support maintenance or new installations.

Replaces or reconditions mechanical seals, lip seals, gaskets, and packing to repair leaks and restore equipment functionality

Inspects, repairs and/or replaces items such as steam traps, valves and strainers in order to protect personnel, equipment and conserve energy.

Lubricates moving parts and replaces filters to ensure optimal performance and prevent wear or contamination

Cuts, threads, welds, and installs piping and metal components; fabricates brackets and hangers; operates tools like drill presses and grinders.

Inspects tools, ladders, and fire extinguishers; performs first breaks and lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe maintenance conditions.

Aligns rotating equipment using laser or dial tools; adjusts belts and tension to maintain efficiency and prolong equipment life.

Enters data, orders parts, tracks maintenance history, and completes training using site computer systems, coordinates with vendors and contractors.

Applies protective coatings, reinstalls safety devices, and performs rigging to move or secure equipment safely and effectively.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Lift and push/pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Use hands to twist, grip, and turn repetitively, repetitive use of elbows, wrists, and shoulders.

Stand in a static position for up to 2 hours; work in squatting and sitting positions.

Walk up to 0.5 miles on flat surfaces; climb stairs (up to 8 flights multiple times daily) and ladders (up to 12 feet).

Climb into and out of forklifts and other equipment.

Work with head tilted up to 70 degrees.

Type using a keyboard for up to 1 hour per day.

Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator.

Perform tasks with attention to proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
