· Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for your

position, as well as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite.

· Promptly report all incidents and safety issues to your supervisor.

· Install and set-up among others, various tooling for Sisma chain making

machines, Sisma linking machines, link o matic machines, heavy chain and any

other chain making equipment needed in the operation. Efficiently and timely

operate all chain, linking, tag and related production equipment to support

FHF established production schedules with goal of 100% on-time delivery

performance.

· Perform and or coordinate with the tool-room, assignments needed to repair

and replace production tooling as required. Perform scheduled maintenance

on all Chain Manufacturing equipment in order to strive for 100% readiness.

Weekly clean up of all Sisma linking equipment.

· Participate in activities related to new product development and

implementation into production. Proposes continuous improvement

opportunities for all processes.

· Participates in 5S activities and ensures a clean and safe work environment is

maintained. Build partnerships within and across departments to provide

efficiency and create a supportive work environment.

Required Qualifications: • Five years minimum experience in chain making mechanic. • HS Diploma or equivalent • Basic Math and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications: • Fluent in English • Good communication skills-Written and Oral, ability to read and follow all established safety and manufacturing procedures as well as blueprints • Interpersonal skills, ability to work and communicate with others in a constructive and professional manner.
