What you will be doing as a Manager – Maintenance Service:

In this role, you can expect to manage the preparation and execution of airframe, engine, and avionics systems maintenance. You'll oversee essential line service functions such as fueling, towing, and washing. Ensuring compliance with the Service Center Quality System in line with the ISO9002 Quality System Manual will be a key part of your responsibilities. Join us and take your career to new heights.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Supervise Technical Service Managers: Lead Technical Service Managers who oversee the operations of aircraft maintenance with lead maintenance and avionics technicians to ensure high technical quality standardsOversee Aircraft Operations: Manage fuel dispensing, towing, and positioning of aircraft, ensuring efficient Line Service functionsOptimize Resources: Plan and administer staffing, equipment, and facility resources, preparing budgets and reports to enhance service center operationsEnhance Efficiency: Drive operating efficiencies in the maintenance department, focusing on labor utilization and billing efficiencyImplement Improvements: Develop and implement work method improvements by evaluating techniques and gathering recommendationsSupport Sales and Estimates: Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive service proposalsEnsure Safety and Compliance: Maintain hazardous materials handling standards, enforce safety policies, and ensure ISO9002 Quality System complianceCustomer Account Management: Review customer account status, respond to inquiries, and resolve billing issuesOn-Time Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of customer aircraft and maintain performance statisticsLoss Control: Implement scrap and shop loss reduction programs to minimize expensesCustomer Feedback: Review and share customer evaluations with teams to improve service qualityDefect Reporting: Ensure proper submission of defect reports in accordance with regulations

What you need to be successful:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field is requiredA minimum 8 years of relative aviation experience

Aftermarket repair/maintenance experience is preferred

A pilot’s license is helpfulAn ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority (if applicable) is requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality when necessary and a strong work ethic is helpfulCapability to manage competing demands and frequent changes while effectively meeting deadlines is helpfulCollaboration and working in a team environment is helpful
