Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager with facilities maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing maintenance protocols to ensure all equipment and systems are properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have ability to work in a Union environment and providing leadership/supervisory responsibility over teams of multiple individuals.
**Job Title: Maintenance Manager**
**Location: Lafayette, IN**
**Pay Rate: Salary is between $120,000 to $145,000 (Will be dependent on experience level)**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and supervising engineers and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
+ Resource Allocation: Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during projects or maintenance activities.
+ Managing Budgets: Estimating costs and preparing budgets for maintenance and repair activities
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Facility Management, Engineering, or another technical related field
+ A minimum of 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
+ Strong leadership attributes
