Maintenance Manager
Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and mentorship to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within our North American Fulfillment Network. The role involves developing and implementing business and reliability plans that enhance facility uptime, innovate maintenance best practices, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance managers and area managers.Develop and implement maintenance department business plans.Create and implement reliability plans to increase facility uptime.Drive maintenance best practices and ensure a safe work environment.Advise senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues using ROI and other analytical techniques.Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to leverage network size.Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.Develop and manage budget and contract documents, including RFPs and purchase orders.Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for maintenance management roles.Contribute to building a world-class maintenance organization.

Essential Skills:

10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations.7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.Bachelor's Degree required.Experience leading 80 or more employees in corporate or regional maintenance roles.7+ years managing employee performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficient data analyst and process developer.Self-starter with minimal supervision.Experience with material handling equipment and complex systems maintenance.Knowledge of major MHE integrators.Exposure to Lean Concepts, TOC, layout design, cost/benefit analysis, and safety.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Richmond, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $155000.00 - $175000.00/hr.
