Maintenance Manager

Mission: 

To follow strategic direction of Maintenance and energy for his/her activity according with Site Technical Manager and activity manager, to manage and to coordinate activity maintenance team with aims of improvement process performance for domains EHS, quality, productivity, availability, cost.Implement the production system and durably guarantee the foundations to sustain the performance and progress in his/her domain.

Key Expected Achievements:

The safety of people, the protection of environment are assured, the safety rules and the legal requirements are respected, the conformity of the equipment compared to the standards and the internal and external requirements is guaranteedThe maintenance plan optimization is ensured in the long-term and sustainableThe global performance of maintenance is followed and optimized (availability of the equipment, cost, reliability, effectiveness)The durability of equipment is ensured through a planThe strategy of maintenance is defined and applied according to the criticality of the equipment, the objectives of PA are held and shared by the personnel, of the improvements are proposed on the process, the methods and the organization.The steps and tools of Michelin Manufacturing Way are applied for theirs domains of responsibilityThe competencies for the maintenance of the activity are guaranteed with a plan of succession and a skill diagnosis, and updated training plan.Improvements (organizational, methods, techniques, ...) are provided or shared through the business network exchanges (Maintenance Manager network meeting, external, ...)

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Physic, or related field).Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial environments.Skilled in long-term maintenance planning & optimization.Strong leadership & team development skills.Proactive in process and organizational improvements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English (B2).Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
