YOUR ROLE

As Maintenance Manager, in your daily job you will:

Equipment Maintenance Supervision.

Design maintenance procedures.

Define budgets and expenses.

Ensure necessary installations and maintenance schedules are completed.

Use data analysis to prepare for and prevent future problems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support projects and new equipment installations.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering (preferably)

English proficiency

Experience in equipment maintenance (minimum 5 years)

MS Office knowledge

Financial analysis knowledge

PLC knowledge

LCR, Hipot, and Cirris knowledge

Crimping and die-cutting knowledge

Soldering knowledge

Planned Maintenance Knowledge (PMK)

Electrical and control circuits

Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance knowledge
