Description
Responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, preventative measures, and ongoing maintenance of facilities & equipment. With diverse skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical knowledge, the Maintenance/Facilities Manager ensures co-workers have safe and functional equipment and facilities to complete their duties.
Position responsibilities:
•\tSupervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
•\tTrack expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
•\tMaintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
•\tCreate and implement maintenance procedures.
•\tConduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
•\tPlan and manage all repair and installation activities.
•\tEnsure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
•\tAssign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
•\tDocument and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
•\tOversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
•\tMaintain vendor relationships, agreements, contracts, and/or leases.
•\tNegotiate contracts and oversee work performed by external vendors.
•\tMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
•\tConduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
•\tMaintain, Develop, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of equipment.
•\tLead, train, and support maintenance staff, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
•\tCollaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and coordinate facility improvements.
•\tOversee and support Environmental, Health, and Safety Objectives & Compliance. Working with the EH&S Coordinator on various responsibilities.
•\tPerform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
