We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee our dedicated Processing technicians, lead global projects related to production optimisation and ensure our equipment operates flawlessly. Join us now!
**Core Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be managing the maintenance technicians, developing skills and knowledge of team members, defining, monitoring, and evaluating team goals, and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations from set targets.
**Other responsibilities include:**
+ Overseeing and analyzing technical failures, identifying root causes, and driving improvements to boost equipment reliability
+ Accountability for preventive maintenance, ensuring it is driven as planned with the appropriate resources
+ Aligning maintenance processes with safety and workplace organization standards (5S), conducting audits, and verifying consistent process alignment
+ Managing spare parts inventory – ensuring optimal stock levels, overseeing spare parts warehouse operations
+ Leading projects focused on increasing maintenance process efficiency, including optimizing both preventive and corrective maintenance.
This is a permanent position located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation support provided for this role.

The role of Maintenance department in Processing is to prevent losses that are caused by equipment or system related problems. Our goal is to ensure optimal equipment availability and performance, enhance the efficiency of maintenance resources, minimize the volume of spare parts held in inventory, and maintain the ability to respond quickly to technical issues.
This position is responsible for leading and developing the Operational Maintenance team, ensuring production equipment stays in peak condition while minimizing downtime resulting from equipment failures. The primary challenge lies not just in effective maintenance management but also in continuously seeing opportunities to improve processes and increase overall work efficiency.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven experience in a maintenance department or a related technical field, and/or technical background
+ People leading experience (ideally leading of technical specialists) - strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing team members and fostering a positive work environment
+ Demonstrated experience in leading projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and continuous improvement
+ Both Czech and English on advanced level
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
