Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations with an eye toward excellence and efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving flawless maintenance standards.Tracking expenses and coordinating the budget for maintenance with precision, ensuring that all financial aspects are strictly managed to support the department's success.Maintaining all machinery to ensure it functions at outstanding working standards, contributing to our reputation for world-class operations.Crafting and implementing maintenance procedures that set the benchmark for industry practices, ensuring all processes are streamlined and effective.Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems promptly, maintaining a proactive approach to facility management.Planning and managing all repair and installation activities, demonstrating your ability to determine the best course of action and successfully implement solutions.Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures, encouraging a safe and secure environment for all employees.Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates to optimize operations and ensure timely completion of all tasks.Detailing and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs to provide clear and actionable insights into maintenance activities.Coordinating equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary, maintaining seamless operations and ensuring no downtime due to equipment shortages.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, facility management, or a similar field is preferred, reflecting a strong educational foundation suitable for this role.Proficient in English/Spanish to support clear and effective communication across our diverse teams and collaborators.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, showcasing a proven track record of success in similar roles.Previous managerial experience, demonstrating your ability to lead teams and manage complex maintenance operations.Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment, ensuring you are equipped to handle the intricacies of our maintenance needs.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, allowing you to guide your team to achieve ambitious goals.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners at all levels.
