Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the operation of building maintenance and facility services while effectively managing associates, partnering and communicating with other teams and departments, and consistently demonstrating Delaware North's values.
PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youAt least five years' experience managing a team.Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.Experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and patching, machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties.Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades.Ability to read simple instructions and follow simple diagrams.Ability to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions.Must possess a valid driver's license.No degree required.
Physical requirementsManual dexterity is sufficient to use hand tools and to paint.Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Visual acuity is sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting.Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions.Occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals.The noise level may be moderate-to-high.
